"Xplore does what it’s supposed to do…"
Xplore does what it’s supposed to do, and I haven’t really had any major issues using it. It’s just... the access cost feels a bit high for what you get. Like, it works, so that’s good, but I do wish it was easier on the wallet.

"Quick and Easy Support"

I’ve been using ieee for my research topics, usually while I’m sitting at my desk with too many tabs open, and it’s been useful. The papers are really relevant to what I’m looking for, and I can usually find solid sources without digging around forever. Some of the pages feel a little dry, but that’s kind of expected with academic stuff, and the content itself is worth it.

"Smooth IEEE renewal experience"
I renewed my IEEE membership on IEEE last week, and it was painless. I logged in, checked my info, and the payment went through without any strange errors or hiccups. I also appreciated that the renewal page clearly showed what I was paying for before I hit submit, and the receipt landed in my email almost right away. The only minor thing was that I had to look around a bit to find the auto-renew option. Other than that, it took maybe five minutes total. If this is how their online renewal process usually works, I’d say they’ve got it figured out. 5 stars from me

"Works well overall, especially on desktop"
I’ve had a good experience using the site overall. It loads fine and does what I need, but on my phone some pages feel a little crowded and harder to scan. On desktop it’s not really an issue, so I think it just depends on how you’re using it.

"Glad I Checked Out My Local IEEE Chapter"
I ended up joining through my local IEEE chapter after a friend invited me to a small meetup. the site was easy to use for finding events and getting in touch with the chapter officers. Not every page is perfectly clear, but the local group has been really active and welcoming. I’ve gotten some useful talks out of it, picked up ideas for student projects, and met people in my field. Overall, it’s been worth it for me.

"Worth it for students, even if the site can be a headache"
I joined IEEE as a student mostly because I wanted access to papers and events, i’ve been happy with it. The student pricing feels fair, which is a relief when you’re already trying not to spend too much. I’ve caught a few webinars and checked out local chapter activities, and some of it actually helped with my projects more than I expected. Plus, it does look good when you’re applying for internships, not gonna lie. The website can get a little confusing and annoying on a tired day, but overall, I’d say it’s been worth it for me

"Fair price for the membership"
Well... I was actually happy with the membership price, especially since there’s a student option. I mostly joined for the access and discounts, and it didn’t feel overpriced like I thought it might. Renewing was simple too, so overall it feels like a good value for what you get.

"Pretty easy overall"
Logging into my ieee account has been straightforward for me most of the time, I can usually get to my membership info without any hassle. I did have one password reset email take a while to show up, which was a little annoying, but it eventually worked. Overall it’s good, just could be a bit smoother here and there

"Helpful for my career so far"
I got my IEEE certification last month, it did help during interviews. A couple of people actually recognized it, which made me feel like it was worth doing. The material wasn’t flashy or anything, just solid and relevant for my field. The price seemed fair, though I’m definitely hoping it pays off with better compensation or gets reimbursed by my employer. I’d probably do another one.
